Traffic congestion is heavy on South Shannon Street from the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass at the Tennessee Supreme Court building (402 S. Shannon Street) to the Jackson Transit Authority on Eutah Street.
Only one lane is open due to construction equipment – detour in front of the Criminal Justice Complex on South Liberty Street off North Highland Avenue.
