At a 4:00 p.m press conference officials confirmed the body that had been found in Alabama late this morning was positively identified as 53-year-old David Cupps of Sunbury, Ohio. Cupps is believed to be a carjacking and murder victim of 2 Louisiana prison escapees on the run in Madison County.
36-old Ricky Wedgeworth and 33-year-old Darian “Drake” Pierce escaped Friday at approximately 2:00 PM from the Louisiana State Police Headquarters Compound where they were on work detail.
