The extent of injuries are not known, but the Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Medical Center EMS are working an automobile accident on U.S. Highway 412 at Cotton Grove Road.
Avoid the area if possible – take Interstate 40 if you are traveling to Lexington from Jackson.
