Management could not be reached for comment, but Madison Holdings LLC, has purchased The Vinings at 861 North Parkway from Hammitt Regency Plaza Limited Partners for $2,105,000.
Tenants in the 75,357-square-foot facility are City Gear, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, it’s Fashion Metro, 2 U Beauty, CSL Plasma and Dollar Tree.
In August, it was announced Jackson’s oldest shopping center had been sold for $1,149,000.
The Katare family Revocable Trust bought Hollywood Shopping Center, 900 Hollywood Drive, from Gorjian Hollywood Drive.
The shopping center which was constructed in 1962, consists of 48,900 square feet.
Tenants include Save-A-Lot, Family Dollar, Rent-A-Center, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and Cashmaster.
In July, it was announced Bemis Square, 1320 South Highland Avenue, had been sold.
DPP Properties LLC, MH40 Properties LLC purchased the 130,310-square-foot facility from LBD Properties LLC for $6,189,000.
Goodwill Industries and Cowboy Jim’s are anchor tenants in the facility that was once home to Kroger and Walmart.
