HENDERSON, Tenn. – Chester County Deputies, THP and Henderson Police officers worked together
for most of Tuesday afternoon searching the vicinity of Frankie Lane for Gary Hart.Hart is someone law enforcement is familiar with. According to
Henderson Police assistant police chief, Leon Johnson, Hart had been in
custody until recently.On Tuesday police were called on a report of shots fired.
According to police a witness said Hart, was arguing with a family member when he fired two shots in the air and fled to a nearby wooded area. , Chester County Schools remained on lockdown while authorities wear searching the area.
Hart has a lengthy criminal history in Chester County. In February of this year Hart held police at bay in a five-hour standoff he barricaded himself inside a home.
Gary Hart is a convicted felon with previous charges including, possession of a
firearm, burglary and drug possession.
Authorities say If you see Hart, do not attempt to approach him but call
