Commercial property at 2625 North Highland Avenue has been sold.

EPRT Tennessee Properties LLC purchased the property – which is home to Scooter’s Coffee – from Black Cypress Pyramid LLC for $1,328,000.

Scooter’s Coffee, America’s second-largest drive-thru coffee chain, opened the North Highland Avenue location on November 6.

Scooter’s opened its first Jackson drive-thru at 1732 South Highland Avenue on July 21, 2025.
