The Blacksmith Restaurant, 216 North Shannon Street – reopens at 11 a.m., today.
The business will follow guidelines – which include a 50 percent occupancy limit – set by local authorities and the Tennessee Department of Health.
Business hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday’s and Saturdays.
