For those familiar with the Tennessee River at Savannah, the river stood at 380 feet earlier today, and is projected to continue to rise until Monday afternoon before cresting at 386.7 feet, which is slightly below the major flood stage at 388 feet.
Bud Young of Savannah, who submitted this photograph, said water has spilled over onto River Point Road, which is adjacent to the river.
