New & Returning Residents Original Issuance
Reinstatements’ & Re-Issuance
Photo Identification Licenses
Handgun Carry Permits
Renewal & Duplicates for Non-US Citizens with Legal Presence

These services are subject to change due to staffing availability.

For duplicate or renewals of current Tennessee licenses and other services use the e-Service portal at tn.gov/safety
