Apartment complex off Campbell Street sells for $1 million +
Management could not be reached for comment, but Gillman Grove LLC, has purchased Highland Park Terrace apartment complex at 25 Gillman Lane for $1.3 million.
Debra Kee joins Town & Country Real REALTORS

Ragan Realty Group opens new firm in South Jackson
Ragan Realty Group has opened at 1463 South Highland Avenue in Vantreese Plaza.
According to a press release, Ragan Realty Group debuts as the first Real Estate firm in South Madison County.
Principal Broker/Owner Brandi Ragan, a graduate of Lambuth University, has been selling Real Estate since 2015.
After much prayer, she and her family felt led to open their own business in the area for several reasons – one being her Grandfather, Warren G. Austin, from Savannah was a Real Estate mogul who owned Austin Real Estate in Hardin County from the early 1960’s until his untimely death in the late 1980’s.
Joining Ragan’s team will be her husband, Ronnie Ragan, and son, Riley Ragan, who has already had an impressive first year in real estate.
REAL ESTATE – Market report for Jackson-Madison County

New construction homes sold January 1 through August 31, was 97, compared to 82 for the same period in 2018.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through August 31, stood at 283 compared to 328, for the first eight months in 2018.
Average days on the market – January 1 through August 31, was 53, versus 62 in 2018.
The average sales price for a home for August was $172,772.
The average sales price for a home for the same period in 2018 was $166,723.
Krystal closes on Stonebridge Boulevard
Krystal has closed its restaurant at 12 Stonebridge Boulevard.
A note posted by company officials stated, “We are permanently closed at this location
