Patrician Terrace apartment complex sells for $4.9 million
Patrician Terrace Apartments, 1585 Hollywood Drive have been sold.
SS Hollywood GP purchased the 102 unit complex from Patrician Terrace TN LP for $4,900,000.
According to the company website, the apartment units consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.
In October 2021, Cherry Grove Apartments, located off Walker Road near Union University, sold.
Cherry Grove Jackson Owners LLC sold the 380-unit complex to Cherry Grove Jackson LLC, Cherry Pick TN LLC and Bailard Cherry LLC, 27 Dunn Ridge Drive for $52,000,000.
Jackson Beer Board approves 4 special occasion permits during monthly meeting
The Jackson Beer Board approved four special occasion requests during its monthly meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.
Special Occasion permits were granted to –
Randy Hall, for an event known as the Travis Tritt Concert for selling, storing and serving at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, January 13.
Randy Hall was also granted a permit for the Cody Nance Bull Riding event for selling, storing and serving at Oman Arena, January 21-22.
Carolyn Vaughan was granted a permit for an event known as the Crystal Ball for selling, storing and selling at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, January 29.
Anna Lax Gatti was granted a permit for an event known as The Sweetheart Snow Ball for selling, storing and selling at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, February 12.
The permit was approved but Gatti agreed to go over her security plan with JPD Ltd. Gary Benton.

CoCo’s closes Jackson restaurant at 205 East Lafayette Street
Coco’s restaurant, 205 East Lafayette Street, has closed permanently.
Corrie Bradberry opened the restaurant at the former home of The Bakers Rack in May, 2021.
According to Corrie on Coco’s Facebook page –
“First if I’d like to thank everyone for your business since I opened downtown.
“I wanted to let everyone know that I will not be reopening CoCo’s of Jackson. This has been a very hard decision. With food cost, insurance, overhead etc being at all time high it’s difficult for small businesses etc
“This will give me more time to be at my other stores that I’ve had for years and that are established. I want to continue to be successful.
“Coco’s remains open in Medina – 204 North Main St. – and Martin – 1053 Old Fulton Road.”
