Located near Lennox Village off Old Humboldt Road, the Single Family Residential/Planned Residential Development was submitted by Surveying Services, Inc. on behalf of PFMT Holdings, LLC.

Beer Board approves 1 special occasion, 1 business permit – meeting reconvenes Friday, Dec. 5

 

 

Jennifer Graves, representing The Star Center, was approved for a special occasion permit for an event known as ‘Black Tie and Boxing,’ to sell, store, and serve on January 10, 2026, at The Star Center.

 

Stacey Bardo, representing Texas Roadhouse, was approved for a new permit following a review of management change.

 

The building, not the business – commercial property on South Highland Avenue sells for $1.3 million plus

 

Commercial property, which is home to Scooter’s Coffee, 1732 South Highland Avenue has been sold.

 

Consisting of a 668-square-foot kiosk, Black Cypress Pyramid LLC sold the property to EPRT Tennessee Properties LLC for $1,360,540.
