Dynamix Physical Therapy opens 16th clinic in this West Tennessee community

New home construction planned for Epperson Drive near Northpointe subdivision
The consideration of a final plat for Epperson Place – Rockford Drive – comprising of 20 lots and two common areas was approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission during its monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Wednesday.
Submitted by Surveying Services, Inc., on behalf of K&L Properties, the area consists of approximately 7.93 acres.
The approval is contingent upon the developer providing Jackson Energy Authority a wastewater system development fee for $8,000, and a bond in the amount of $14,000 for the remaining wastewater work to be completed.
Allen Samuels Hyundai set to open new facility on 45 Bypass
A new state-of-the-art facility nears completion for Allen Samuels Hyundai, 1639 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass in Jackson.
The opening of the new 35,000-square-foot facility, which specializes in sales of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, is expected to be in early January 2024.
Allen Samuels Holdings has eight automobile dealerships in five states.
Hoyt Hayes Construction is the lead contractor on the project.
Slowed by delays, Tru by Hilton looking at new date for opening hotel on Vann Drive
Delays have slowed progress, but construction continues at Tru by Hilton, a new hotel on the corner of Vann Drive and Rushmeade Road in The Columns.
A completion date for the facility – which will offer approximately 48,000-square-feet – was scheduled for the fall of 2023, but officials with the 92-unit hotel are looking at the first quarter of 2024.
Tru by Hilton is an American brand of hotels trademarked by Hilton Worldwide. The hotel brand was announced in January 2016.
There are approximately 230 Tru locations in the United States.
With the addition of Tru by Hilton, the area will offer five hotels on the west side of Vann Drive.
Construction has started on Homewood Suites by Hilton in The Columns Phase III at 33 Capital Drive.
Homewood Suites by Hilton will join Howard Johnson Inn, 1292 Vann Drive, Fairfield Inn & Suites, 1335 Vann Drive, and Hilton Garden Inn, which opened December 2022 at 1324 Vann Drive.
Construction continues on new business facility on Bells Highway
Details are limited, but a new veterinarian clinic is under construction at 2990 Bells Highway.
The property was rezoned to office district from forestry-agriculture-recreation by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
The property consists of approximately 5.86 acres.
