“We want to do a fast-casual breakfast (and) lunch,” Trevor Jones, restaurant manager, said, “We want to make the atmosphere really friendly for dining in.
“Some of the items we’ll offer will be breakfast plates, pancakes, French toast, breakfast sandwiches … items to go, so you can go one of two different ways – sit down and enjoy – or to go if you are in a hurry.”
Trevor said the same rules apply for lunch.
“We have sandwiches, salads, as well as some daily lunch specials on occasion – and again, it’s going to be great to dine in or take the order to go.”
Trevor said the restaurant will also offer a full coffee bar – expresso, latte, cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, and lemonade made in house.
Business hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. – 2 p.m., Saturdays.
After hours, special events, rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties and company parties can be booked.
There are approximately 15 employees at the 4,000-square-foot facility which offers seating for 80 guests.
Jackson Beer Board approves permit for new Jackson restaurant
The Jackson Beer Board approved Richard Corley Jr., for a permit for a business known as Jackson’s Kitchen & Catering, 203 E. Lafayette St., to sell, store, and serve on the premises where sold.
The permit was approved when the Beer Board held its monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Thursday.
Planning Commission approves plan for new homes in Emerald Breeze Subdivision
The consideration of a revised preliminary plat for Emerald Breeze Subdivision was approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission, during its monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Thursday.
Submitted by Emerald Breeze Partners, the subdivision will consist of 93 lots and two common areas on 30.41 acres.
Commercial property at 1119 Highway 45 Bypass sells for $1 million
Jackson Restaurant Supply, 1119 Highway 45 Bypass, has been sold.
Addie Grace Properties – Ken Jeter Store & Restaurant Supply, Tupelo, Mississippi – purchased the 19,000-square-foot facility from James Lawrence Griffith and wife Anna Marie Ragan Griffith for $1 million.
Jim Griffith, who also sold the business to Ken Jeter Store & Restaurant Supply – said the name will remain the same, but there will be a slight change to the logo.
Business hours at Jackson Restaurant Supply are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
