Details are limited, but Starlight Fuel LLC, has purchased commercial property at 1450 Hollywood Drive from REB Holdings for $1.1 million.
The property is the former home of Poplar Corner Exxon.
Starlight Fuel LLC also owns the former home of Exxon Food Mart Hollywood Express at 2255 Hollywood Drive.
The company purchased the property from Ferguson Brothers Partnership for $1,030,000.
The sale of the property was announced June 18, 2024.
In November 2023, Starlight Fuel opened a new convenience store at 1110 Vann Drive in The Columns Development.
The facility, which consists of 4,640-square-feet, was purchased from Jose Onate, Ricardo Onate, Rafael Onate and Arturo Onate for $2,165,000.
