Lawrence Caldwell LLC sold the property to Huey & Arnold Acquisitions LLC for $1,350,000.
R. Joel McAlexander and Shane McAlexander sold the property to Lawrence Caldwell LLC for $1,225,000 in 2014.
Tenants at the shopping center include Batteries+Bulbs, Morgan Tax Service, La Petite Boutique, Elements Salon and LD2 Consignment & Jewelry Boutique.
