A new date has been announced for the opening of Slim Chickens, 6 Channing Way.
The restaurant is scheduled to open November 8.
Business hours will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week for the lobby, and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. for the drive thru.
The Jackson restaurant hopes to hire between 120 and 150 people.
The Jackson location is one of 10 scheduled to open in Tennessee.
