A preliminary consideration of a site plan for La Quinta Inns & Suites, proposed to be located at 140 East Park Square – near The Ballpark at Jackson – was approved by the Jackson Municipal Planning Commission during its monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Wednesday.
The 87-room hotel – offering 89 parking spaces – will be located on a two-acre lot.
La Quinta Inns & Suites is a chain of limited service hotels in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Honduras.
La Quinta Holdings, Inc. first sold shares to the public in April 2014. La Quinta has headquarters in Irving, Texas.
