Woman is accused of shoplifting while two infant children are left alone in the car

Around 2:00 pm Jackson Police were called to Wal-Mart.

According to loss prevention officers, they observed a female in the store conceal a cell phone and pass the registers without paying for the merchandise.
Once the suspect was outside the store loss prevention officers detained her and returned her to the security area.

Further investigation revealed the suspect did have property on her for which she had not been paid.  Security also determined the woman had left two children unattended in a vehicle.

Jackson police arrested Kiyana Moore and charged her with Shoplifting, Child Abuse or Neglect, Criminal Trespassing .
