Madison County Sheriff John Mehr sadly confirms the passing of SGT. Terry Stowe, Monday.
SGT. Stowe, 56, was a 21-year veteran of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, and is survived by his wife Vanessa, who is a 20-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office.
SGT. Stove was serving at the Penal Farm.
