Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill is adding a second location.
Owner Daryl Fortner has leased space at 1319 Union University Drive in Thomsen Farms from FirstChoice Property & Development.
Fortner could not be reached for comment.
Tulum and Polished Salon are the first two businesses to lease in the 14,000-square-foot facility.
Tulum Fresh Mexican Grill is located at 71 Carriage House Drive.
The restaurant specializes in tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, salads, enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, drinks, nachos, tamales and desserts.
