(August 27 2014), A narcotics search warrant was served at 249-L North Fairgrounds Street in west Jackson which is the residence of Cordero Pirtle and Gabrielle McCord.
The search of the residence revealed amounts of Cocaine, Marijuana, Hydrocodone pills, Alprazolam pills and drug paraphernalia. Electronics items and $1,999 in U.S. currency believed to be the proceeds of drug sales were seized under the civil forfeiture laws of the Tennessee Drug Control Act.Â
This investigation was a cooperative effort initiated by JPD Patrol Division Officers who developed information on the suspected drug dealers and then sought investigative assistance from the Metro Narcotics Unit to secure a search warrant for the residence. The JPD SWAT Team assisted in the service of the warrant.Â
Cordero Pirtle, age 28, and Gabrielle L. McCord, age 20, both of 249-L North Fairgrounds Street in Jackson were charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Distribute, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both are being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where they await arraignment in Jackson City Court.Â
