‘Sea of Blue’ honoring JPD Sgt. Warren Olden canceled due to hazardous weather conditions

We deeply regret the cancelation of the “Sea of Blue” procession in honor of Sergeant Warren Olden due to hazardous winter weather conditions approaching our city.

The safety and well-being of the community, our officers, and other participating agencies is our utmost priority.

The officers and staff of the Jackson Police Department are truly blessed to have served alongside Sergeant Olden, and we remain committed to honoring him and his legacy of service to our community.

Funeral Arrangements for our beloved Sgt. Warren Olden have been finalized by the family.

The services to honor Sgt. Olden are as follows:

Masonic Rites: 10 a.m.

Funeral Liturgy: 11 a.m.
