(March 6, 2014) West Tennessee- With icy conditions still plaguing some rural roads, schools across the area are continuing to close into a 5th day.

The Gibson County School District, according to their website, has three snow days built into their calendar. 

However, the school has been closed for the whole week of March 3 after an ice storm put the area in a stand-still. 

The Director of Schools has met with a leadership and discussed options about making those days up. 

The Director of Schools says that the next days to make up could be during Spring Break. The director says that an option will be presented to the school board at their March 13th meeting.
