Ryan Rolison, a 2016 graduate of the University School of Jackson, has started seven games with the Lancaster (Calif.) JetHawks, the Advanced High A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies of the California League.
Rolison, a left-handed pitcher who played collegiately at Ole Miss, maintained a 1.99 earned run average in 40.2 innings of work.
He has allowed 10 runs (nine earned), 35 hits, walked 10 and has struck out 41 hitters.
Rolison began the 2019 season with the Asheville (N.C.) Tourists of the South Atlantic League.
He was 2-1 (0.69 ERA) in three starts with Asheville, where he worked 14.2 innings, struck out 14, and allowed eight hits and one earned run.
Rolison was selected 22nd overall by the Rockies in the 2018 MLB Draft.
