From the Tennessee Department of Transportation –

MADISON COUNTY, Interstate 40 – Resurfacing from the Madison/Haywood County line to just west of Lower Brownsville Road – Thursday, May 21, until 10 p.m., today, and Friday, May 22, 6 a.m. until 12 p.m. –  Speed limit is reduced to 60 miles per hour during active closures. There will be daytime temporary inside and outside lane closures.

Friday, May 22, 8 p.m. through Saturday, May 23, 6 p.m. – Close Interstate 40 eastbound off ramp at Exit 82 – North Highland Avenue – to lay proposed storm drainage across the existing ramp.
