From the Tennessee Department of Transportation –
Thursday, August 6 and Friday, August 7, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – SR-5 (North Highland Avenue) will have intermittent left and right lane closures both north and southbound from Vann Drive to the Carriage House/Ridgecrest intersection for bridge construction activities.
Saturday, August 8, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. – Close and detour SR-5 (North Highland Avenue) north and southbound from Vann Drive to Carriage House for paving and traffic shift.
Saturday, August 8, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. – I-40 eastbound at Exit 79 will have a closure of the eastbound on ramp as well as the acceleration lane for shoulder work.
Monday, August 10 through Wednesday, August 12, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – SR-5 (Highland Avenue) will have intermittent left and right lane closures both north and southbound from Vann Drive to the Carriage House/Ridgecrest intersection for bridge construction activities.
