Richard Hulon Donnell, a senior advisor to the president of Lane College, was elected to serve the unexpired term of City of Jackson District Three Councilman Ernest Brooks II, by members of the Jackson City Council, Tuesday.
Ernest Brooks II resigned his position in October to accept a position with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office in Memphis.
