Regions Bank has expanded its lobby service to include walk-ins based on branch capacity.

Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at each of the six Jackson locations.

Drive thru remains open until 5 p.m.

Regions is open 9 a.m. to noon, Saturdays – lobby only – at the Vinings on North Parkway.

The Murray Park branch – lobby and drive thru – is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturdays.

New safety updates and precautions have been put in place.

In an effort to better ensure the health and well-being of our customers and employees, Regions is continuing to implement safety measures in its branches:

Customers are still encouraged to make an appointment when possible before visiting a branch.
Each banker will undergo a wellness check before entering the branch.

A banker will greet cusgtomers at the door to facilitate safe branch capacity practices and traffic flow inside the branch

All bankers have been provided face coverings and will wear them when interacting with customers
Face coverings are required for customers in the branch

Branches have enhanced cleaning and sanitizing practices, including providing hand sanitizer
Protective shields have been installed at cash lines and banker desks

Floor markers and signage are posted throughout the branches to assist with CDC-recommended 6-foot distancing
