Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar, 363 North Parkway has opened.

The restaurant opened Sunday, but makes it official at 11 a.m., Monday.

Business hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Seating will be available for 100 plus customers.

Besides Jackson, the Bartlett-based Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar – Family of Restaurants – is also located in Memphis at 3295 Poplar Avenue, and San Antonio, Texas.

A fifth location is scheduled to open in Memphis at Wolfchase Mall.
