New homes for sale in Jackson in July stood at 54, compared to 47, for June 2020.

New construction homes sold January 1 through July 31, was 71, compared to 61, for June 2020.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through July 31, stood at 193.

Average days on the market – January 1 through July 31, was 46.

The average sales price for a home year to date is $186,957.
