According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in Jackson in June stood at 27, compared to 27 for the same period in 2018.

New construction homes sold January 1 through June 30, was 76, compared to 62 for the same period in 2018.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through June 30, stood at 260.

Average days on the market – January 1 through June 30, was 57.

The average sales price for a home for June was $166,251 compared to $170,139 for June 2018.
