Police Arrest Man in March 2 Shooting
Jackson police arrested Roy Duncan, 21, of Jackson, Wednesday afternoon in

connection with a March 2 shooting. He was arraigned Thursday morning in Jackson City Court on charges of Especially Aggravated Burglary and Attempted Murder. He remains in custody at the Madison County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Jarsten Clark, 20, of Jackson, turned himself in at the police department on March 4. He is charged with Aggravated Burglary and Simple Assault. He remains in custody at the Madison County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Duncan and Clark are due back in Jackson City Court on March 17.
RECAP:
On March 2 around 7:15 p.m. a 20-year-old man was confronted by Duncan and Clark in a yard in the 60 block of Liddon Street. The man ran into a house where he was followed by Duncan and Clark. The man and Clark became involved in a fist fight inside the house. During the fight, Duncan shot the man in the back. He was transported to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital where he was treated and later released.
