The consideration of a preliminary site plan for Marriott Studio Res, proposed to be located on Lizzie Anna Cove in Park Place West, was approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission during its monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Wednesday.
Submitted by Sweet Living Capital, Inc. on behalf of Burton Moore Inv, the new four story, 13,600-plus-square-foot prototype hotel will be constructed on approximately three acres and consist of 124 rooms and 133 parking spaces.
