The consideration of a preliminary plat for Oxford Crossing – located near Northeast Middle School off Christmasville Road – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
The Single-Family Residential District consists of 46 lots and one common area on approximately 9.69 acres.
Plans were submitted by Sunshine Investment Group, LLC.

They cut down a beautiful pine tree thicket to add this crowded subdivision that will make the already horrible traffic on the too-narrow Christmasville Road even worse! We need people with BRAINS on the planning commission! This is less than 1/4 a mile from behind my house!
