Nothing Bundt Cakes, which specializes in creating the most delicious, moist, and flavorful Bundt Cakes is headed for Thomsen Farms.

Site work is scheduled to begin the week of July 22 on a new 5,000-square-foot facility at 1373 Union University Drive with Nothing Bundt Cakes occupying 2,600-square-feet of the building that will be constructed by Brasfield Construction Incorporated.

Nothing Bundt Cakes are handcrafted with the finest ingredients, including fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese, offering a variety of sizes and flavors, perfect for any occasion–from bite-sized Bundtinis to personal Bundtlets and larger cakes for celebrations.

Ann-Marie Kelley owner of 2K, LLC, negotiated a 10-year lease with Carson Claybrook at Cushman & Wakefield.

“I am thrilled to be developing such a strong tenant and believe it will be perfect addition to this area,” Ann-Marie Kelley said

Nothing Bundt Cakes is scheduled to open in early 2025.
