Jackson, Tennessee – Just in time for the holiday season, Jackson will welcome two new businesses to West Towne Commons, anchored by Kroger in North Jackson, according to a press release from Summer Paris – Paris Creative Agency.
Matthew Wright with Buchanan Realty Group brokered the transaction for Nineteen-B and Nestle.
Nineteen-B is located at 19 Stonebrook, Suite B and plans to open before the first of the year.
The 2,600 square foot building was formerly occupied by Los Portales.
“I’ve visited Nineteen-B on several occasions during the renovation and West Tennesseans can look forward to a truly spectacular dining experience,” said Wright. “This restaurant is bringing something to Jackson that is often only found in Nashville and Memphis.”
Nestle is located at 25 Stonebrook, Suite G2, with plans to open in December. The 1,600 square foot building was formerly occupied by Wacked Out Weiners.
“The bakery café concept is doing very well in this market and Nestle offers a unique spin on this approach to dining,” said Wright. “With more than 90 locations, this will be the second restaurant to open in Tennessee. The menu will include coffee, bakery items, ice cream, lunch and smoothies.”
