A new 5,500-square-foot mixed-use facility is under construction at 2046 South Highland Ave., in south Jackson.
Leased by the Buchanan Realty Group, the facility will offer three units for office or retail.
About 2.5 acres on the site remains available for sale or development.
The building will be located north of a new 9,000-square-foot facility at 2054 South Highland Avenue.
