The construction activity you may have noticed between Gander Outdoors and FFO on Vann Drive, is Empire Theatres, presented by Phoenix Theatres.

The announcement was made during a press conference at the Hilton Garden Inn, Thursday.

Phoenix Theatres Entertainment, LLC based in Knoxville, Tennessee, is currently among the largest theatre circuits in the United States. Managing theatres coast to coast, concentrating on generating profits for owners of an individual theatre to groups of theatres.
