If plans go as expected, a new Tru Hotel by Hilton will be constructed on a corner lot off Vann Drive on .40 acres at 1136 Rushmeade Road.
Amenities will include a 24/7 market and a fitness center.
The facility will join Hilton Garden Inn, 1324 Vann Drive, the Howard Johnson Inn, 1292 Vann Drive, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 1335 Vann Drive, on the west side of Vann Drive.
Tru Hotel by Hilton has five locations in Tennessee – Nashville, Knoxville, Murfreesboro, Pigeon Forge and Smyrna.
