Three new hotels are under construction in Park Place East and West off Dr. F.E. Wright Drive.

La Quinta Inn is building a new 90-unit hotel in Park Place East across from Sky Zone on East Park Square.

A timeline for completion has not been announced.

When complete, a 40,000-square-foot Best Western Plus will offer 92 rooms in Park Place West, and SpringHill Suites – Marriott – is building a 92-unit, 45,000-square-foot hotel on 2.0 acres.

Both hotels are being built next to Affordable Dentures on Christmasville Cove, and are expected to open by Spring of 2019.
