New development still planned on site of former convenience store at 236 Oil Well Road

After plans for a new single tenant structure are submitted to the City for a permit in the next 30 days, a former convenience store at 236 Oil Well Road will be demolished.

B C North Partners sold the property to Halle Properties LLC for $1,350,000.

The new facility will consist of 8,000-square-feet.

The Jackson City Council approved an ordinance to rezone the property from Office Center District to Planned Unit Commercial Development, at City Hall, in December 2017.
