The consideration of a preliminary site plan for QuikTrip, a convenience store, proposed to be located at 2823 Old Medina Road, in a SC-1 – Planned Unit Commercial Development District – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Submitted by Mark Horton, on behalf of LG Investments, LLC, and Located on approximately six acres on the northwest corner of Old Medina Road off Interstate 40, the 8,296-square-foot convenience store will offer 73 parking spaces.
