The consideration of a design review for a new Scooter’s Coffee, proposed to be located at 1732 South Highland Ave., has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
The plans for a 668-square-foot kiosk was submitted by Dale Bright on behalf of Brad Barre.
