Management could not be reached for comment, but a new convenience store will be constructed at 1819 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass, which is the southwest corner of Old Hickory Boulevard.
The location is the former home of Goldline, a convenience store that was destroyed by a fire in May 2021.
The building was demolished in January 2023.
According to a construction worker at the site, the canopy for the fuel pumps and the existing gas tanks will be removed.
It is not known if the store will retain the Goldline name.
