Carmen Wilson, Miss Lane College won the talent competition during the opening night of preliminaries at the Miss Volunteer Tennessee Pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Wednesday.
Carsyn Hughes, Miss Nashville Volunteer, won the fitness & wellness preliminary.
The winner of the event will represent Tennessee in the Miss Volunteer America Pageant.
