Jackson, Tenn.—Mayor Scott Conger has issued an Executive Order like the Order issued by Governor Bill Lee earlier today, however Conger broadens some restrictions. In a social media post the mayor said, “In addition to Governor Lee’s Order, this Order expands to include movie theaters, country clubs, indoor shopping malls, hair salons, nail salons, spas, massage parlors, tanning salons and tattoo parlors.”
