JACKSON Tenn (June 10, 2015) – A Jackson man was in City Court on Tuesday accused of assaulting his girlfriend on two separate occasions and at one point threatening to kill her with a sword.
according to court documents. Michael Daniel Webb faces two counts of aggravated domestic assault after allegedly attacking the woman and at one point threatening to kill her,
on May 17 Webb was accused of attacking the victim after accusing her of cheating. He allegedly hit her with his fists, pushed her to the ground, kicked her and strangled her, according to an affidavit.
Now Webb is in trouble again accused of assaulting the woman on June 6. Court papers say the couple were lying in bed when Webb became angry and attacked the woman. He is accused of hitting her with his fists, strangling her and then returning to the room with a sword and threatening to kill her, according to an affidavit.
Webb is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond. The judge also issued a no-contact order.
