According to the Madison County Register of Deeds, Madison South Shopping Plaza has a new owner.

Nelwyn W. Inman SUC TR etal Weisser and Shupack Associates LTD, sold the property at 1688 South Highland Ave., to NCB Florida Real Estate LLC, for $2,400,000

Management could not be reached for comment.

Businesses in the shopping center include Dollar General, Fred’s, Tobacco Place II and Elite Vapor.
