Sample Ballots for August 4th State Primary and County General Election
All voters will be given a General Election ballot. Â A voter may choose to vote in either the Republican or Democratic State Primary or the voter may chose to vote in only the County General Election. Â No voter may vote in more than one primary during this election nor any election. Â Voters will not see all of the races on their ballots. Â They will see only the races that involve the districts in which they reside. School board members are elected in alternating terms so only about half of the members will be elected in 2016. Â The rest will be elected in 2018.
